I kept waffling over whether to get a laser for my LC9 and with the price for a competitor at around $200.00 I just couldn't convince myself to do it. After getting my wife an S&W Bodyguard .380 with integrated laser I started leaning heavily toward getting one for myself. The price of the Lasermax is low enough that I didn't feel I was being ripped off and it also doesn't change your grip like the more expensive competitor appears to do. The switch is perfectly placed and is easy to turn on with either hand. It was very easy to install and is very solid.

I would definitely buy this unit again. Holds zero, easy to install (took about 3 minutes). Looks great on the gun and is very functional. My only problem is the holster I bought (bulldog) before I put on the light no longer works with the gun. I have not be able to find another I like that is as low profile as the bulldog.
I'm guessing that the crimson trace is probably a better product, but I'm not sure it's a $100 better.

Install was easy and fast. Easy to adjust laser and works just fine. Now to
fine a holster that will fit the LC9 with the laser.
